Kids Club
As your children may have already mentioned, we have been busy creating a new home for Kids' Club. The new room is located in the main school building, just past the year one classes. It has been decorated and designed specifically for Kids' Club, with kitchen facilities and space for playing and relaxing:
When you drop off and collect, please come to the year one blue gates and press the doorbell. Kids' Club staff will greet you there. We hope the children really enjoy the new space we have created for them.

Conditions of Booking
- We operate a payment in advance system. Bookings will only be accepted once payment has been received
- All bookings (including those covered by Childcare Vouchers) must be made online using the School Gateway Account. Kids Club staff are not able to take verbal booking instructions
- The school has the right to withdraw a child’s place on failure to pay fees.
- Parents paying by childcare vouchers have the responsibility to check their balance at the end of each month and settle their account accordingly.
- Sessions may be swapped within the half term providing that 48 hours’ notice is given, but no refunds will be given for unattended sessions.
- Parents have a responsibility to inform the school, 48 hours in advance and in writing that their children will not be attending a session, or a charge will be made. No charge will be made if a child is ill and did not attend school.
- Persistent late arrival to collect children will result in the extra period of care being charged at £10.50 per half an hour.
