We are lucky enough to still have a library in Brightlingsea and encourage all our children to use it.
Brightlingsea has a lovely little museum, which tells the history of our town and encourages us to value our heritage.
The Brightlingsea Lido, a classic 1930s Lido, was reopened after a fantastic community effort, and is somewhere that is very popular with our children.

Essex Summer Games
Following our success in the Tendring Tournament, we were chosen to represent Tendring in this county-wide event. One school was chosen to represent each borough. The event is known as 'quad kids', as it involves four events: a standing long-jump; a vortex throw; a long distance run and a sprint. We sent a team of sixteen girls and boys from years three to six.
